My name is Natalie Haight. I am a Clinical Social Work Associate. As a therapist, I seek to offer support to those interested in improving their mental health, developing healthy relationships, and adapting to challenges we face in life. I specialize in working with adolescents, teens, and young adults and have experience working with local populations within this age range within educational and therapeutic environments. I approach working with clients from a strength-based perspective and work with my clients to utilize their unique skills and abilities to improve their quality of life. I use various therapeutic methods to assist my client in achieving their therapy goals.
My personality is relaxed and compassionate, and I believe that creating a safe and welcoming place for people to work towards their therapy goals is essential for developing a solid therapeutic relationship. I have a background working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, family problems, trauma, and panic disorders. I also have experience working with the LGBTQIA+ population and am an ally. Having grown up in Oregon, I have witnessed our adolescents, teens, and young adults face mental health obstacles; my personal goal is to improve the outcomes and lives of these populations within our area through a collaborative approach between myself and my clients.
